About Our Client

Job Description

• Prepare and review year-end financial statements in line with relevant accounting standards.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Support the external audit process by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Analyse financial data and ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulations.
• Address discrepancies and propose adjustments where necessary.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline year-end procedures.
• Provide guidance on financial best practices to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management and trustees as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Year End Consultant should have:

• Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
• Strong experience in year-end financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of accounting standards applicable to the Not For Profit sector.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• An organised approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
