The Role:

As Director of Product, you will be owning the vision, strategy, and execution of critical product initiatives across a global team. You'll guide a group of talented Product Owners and Product Leads, collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams, and play a vital role in translating high-level business goals into scalable product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product roadmap across the SaaS platform

• Lead cross-functional product development in agile environments

• Deliver innovative, client-facing features

• Communicate product direction clearly through strategic storytelling

• Represent product strategy to C-suite stakeholders with confidence and clarity

• Ensure product decisions are informed by user data, business needs, and technical insight

About You:

• Proven track record in Product Leadership within enterprise SaaS environments

• Skilled in managing product teams and resources in a global environment

• Able to influence stakeholders at all levels with clear, concise communication

• Deep experience with agile methodologies and running scrums

• Strategic thinker and effective decision-maker using a range of data sources

• Experience or strong interest in AI product development is highly advantageous

• Confident, curious, and collaborative-driven to grow and empower your team
