Growth Marketing Specialist

MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a fast-growing B2B SaaS company based in Belfast to recruit a data driven, commercially minded Growth Marketing Lead to join the team and supercharge the customer acquisition and pipeline generation strategy.

As the Growth Marketing Lead, you'll own and execute multi-channel strategies across paid, owned, and earned media. You'll work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive qualified leads, optimise conversion funnels, and fuel revenue growth with support from top-tier investors

What You'll Do

• Develop and lead growth strategies across paid media, SEO, email, retargeting, and partnerships
• Build and manage a performance marketing engine across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and more
• Run experiments (A/B testing, CRO) to optimise landing pages and campaign performance
• Create and manage lead nurture workflows that move prospects through the funnel
• Partner with sales to refine MQL/SQL criteria, lead scoring, and handover processes
• Collaborate on messaging that aligns with buyer personas and drives engagement
• Craft compelling ad copy tailored to regional audiences and campaign goals
• Design and launch high-converting landing pages and forms (HubSpot or similar)

Essential Criteria:

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS/tech, with a focus on growth, demand generation/digital marketing

• A proven ability to meet pipeline and acquisition targets in high-growth environments
• Strong analytical skills and a data-first approach to decision-making
• Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets and performance optimisation
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce)
