Hours: 30 hours per week (including occasional evening and weekend work)
Salary: £33,344.82 per annum (pro‑rata)
Location: Penzance (Hybrid options considered)

YMCA Cornwall is looking for a motivated and versatile Fundraising and Partnerships Officer to join our team and help drive vital income to support our work across the region.

As our Fundraising and Partnerships Officer, you’ll play a key part in helping us raise the income needed to support vulnerable young people through housing, health, and wellbeing services. Your primary focus will be securing grants from trusts and foundations, but you’ll also get to flex your fundraising skills across a variety of income streams, including corporate partnerships, community initiatives, and events.

You’ll have the opportunity to manage relationships, research opportunities, and take ownership of the fundraising pipeline — all while being part of a friendly, values‑driven organisation dedicated to empowering young people.
