We complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors nationwide, with extensive local knowledge. We have been trading since 1989.

We are part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group, which includes Your Move, Reeds Rains and the mortgage network PRIMIS. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, estate agents and private customers.

We are seeking ZH surveyors to commit to a combination of Residential Lender Valuations and Pre Purchase inspections. We also have ZH Survey-only opportunities focused on Pre Purchase inspection products.

Role commitments

We are keen to hear from Zero Hours and self-employed Residential Surveyors interested in committing from 2 to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities and opportunities

  • Conduct relevant inspections and produce associated reports (minimum 12 months experience required).
  • Engage in Residential Lender Valuations and Pre Purchase inspections, with options for survey-only work.
  • Communicate findings clearly to clients and lenders.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of relevant inspection experience and ability to produce reports.
  • Willingness to work as a Zero Hours or self-employed surveyor 2–5 days per week.
  • Pre-employment screening: Criminal Records Disclosure and Credit Referencing Processes are required for work with lender clients. If unsure, the team will explain the process.
