Finance Analyst – Part Qualified (Finalist) or Newly Qualified

Location: Outskirts of Manchester (Hybrid Working)

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + benefits

Are you a part-qualified or recently qualified Finance Analyst looking for your next challenge in a forward-thinking business? Our client, a growing organisation based on the outskirts of Manchester, is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join their finance team.

The Role

As Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting commercial and strategic decision-making across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll provide insightful analysis, accurate reporting, and robust financial modelling to drive performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse management information, budgets, and forecasts
• Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
• Deliver variance analysis and highlight key performance drivers
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning
• Provide commercial insight and recommendations to senior management
• Partner with operational teams to improve financial understanding and control

About You / Qualifications

• Part-qualified (Finalist) or newly qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive and commercial mindset
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced or growing business preferred
