Overview

We are recruiting graduates for our Environmental Management Assessment and Environmental Consents teams. You will work on projects across the energy, roads, rail, marine, property and communities sectors, from feasibility to construction. You will be mentored by experienced consultants and embedded in multidisciplinary teams, gaining exposure to real-world challenges and innovative solutions.

Locations

  • Environmental Management Assessment - Manchester, London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol, Birmingham or Exeter.
  • Environmental Consents - Project Management – Birmingham.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) processes for infrastructure and development projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams across a broad range of sectors and scales.
  • Engage in day-to-day activities such as project documentation, stakeholder engagement, and contributing to project profiles and content development for various purposes.

What you will be looking for

  • You’ll have graduated with at least a 2:2 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
  • Ability to travel to site and/or client offices as required.
  • Good numerical understanding and experience in data analysis and interpretation using Excel and GIS.
  • Passion for Earth & Environment, including Environmental management and/or Project management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team and manage time and priorities.

Environmental Consents – Project Management

  • We are recruiting Graduate Environmental Project Managers to support multi-disciplinary environmental projects, delivering them safely, on time and within budget.
  • Day-to-day activities include developing project management documentation, scheduling meetings, monitoring schedules, and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Responsibilities include assisting in contract administration, preparing invoices, and information management.

Graduate Development Programme

Two-year programme with blended learning, core business and professional skills training, mentoring for professional registration, and on-the-job experience.
