Overview

A global distributor for games and toys is looking for an accounts coordinator to manage the relationship with its high-profile partners in Spain. The organisation has license agreements with some of the largest names in the market and operates in 80+ countries with offices in Hong Kong, China, London, France and Germany. Due to growth, all offices are expanding the teams across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer and operational transactions in partnership with high-profile retail accounts across Spain.
  • Support communication across functions, primarily commercial, operations and supply chain.
  • Handle account management activities including sales analysis, order processing, and ensuring accurate, timely deliveries.
  • Maintain clear communication with partners and retailers and uphold strong organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales support role; fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Experience working with Spanish retailers; product sector is flexible if experience with Spanish retailers is present.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, for reporting purposes.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude; willing to roll up sleeves and collaborate.
