Account Director – London (Hybrid), up to £65k

Our client, one of the UK’s leading independent creative agencies, is looking for a talented Account Director to join their senior team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across high-profile, integrated campaigns for a range of B2B clients in complex sectors where clarity, trust and creativity are key.

You’ll lead from the front, building strong client relationships, inspiring teams, and driving exceptional work from the first conversation to the final delivery. Confident in pitches and client meetings, you’ll combine commercial acumen with creative vision to deliver work that gets results.

What we’re looking for

• At least 6 years’ agency experience, ideally with exposure to complex B2B sectors
• Proven track record of leading client relationships and integrated campaigns
• Confident presenting and pitching to senior stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with the ability to grow accounts strategically
• Experience working across a variety of sectors and industries
• Collaborative leadership style, able to motivate and inspire teams
