What you’ll do
- Be the trusted advisor to clients – building strong relationships and delivering smart, integrated campaigns.
- Develop strategies across media relations, social, content, SEO and issues management – and roll up your sleeves to execute them.
- Lead accounts with full financial awareness, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and with measurable impact.
- Spot opportunities to grow accounts and secure new business.
- Stay on top of news, trends and PR opportunities to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Mentor and inspire the PR team, supporting their development.
- Champion the agency brand – from thought leadership and blog content to networking and events.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ PR agency experience with a corporate/B2B focus.
- Proven track record running proactive/reactive press offices and delivering high-impact campaigns.
- Excellent writing, media and publicity skills with strong national/regional contacts.
- Solid grasp of integrated comms: PR, social, content, SEO and measurement.
- Strong leadership, organisation and client management skills.
- Creative, commercially aware and confident building relationships at all levels.
