The Role:

The Account Director will take ownership of a high-value portfolio of strategic client relationships, ensuring long-term success, satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll drive retention, growth, and engagement, while leading and mentoring a talented account management team. This commercially focused role combines leadership, client strategy, and operational excellence.

This role offers Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days a week in the Exeter Office.
