About the role As an Account Director, you’ll lead major FMCG accounts, acting as the senior strategic partner for clients and guiding the successful delivery of integrated campaigns. You’ll oversee everything from brand activation and shopper marketing to digital and retail‑led activity, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and on budget. What you’ll be doing day to day
Leading major FMCG accounts and becoming the client’s go-to strategic partner Turning shopper and consumer insights into commercially driven campaign ideas Overseeing brand activation, shopper marketing, and digital campaigns Managing projects end‑to‑end to ensure smooth delivery, on time and on budget Working closely with internal teams to bring campaigns to life while identifying opportunities for growth and strengthening long‑term client relationships
About you This role would suit someone who loves FMCG, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and is confident elevating both the work and client relationships. What we're looking for
Experienced Account Director or Senior Account Manager ready to step up Strong FMCG background, ideally with experience in alcohol, beverage, or client‑side consumer brands Proven ability to manage large accounts and build trusted senior relationships Skilled at leading integrated campaigns across shopper and brand activation Strategic, commercially aware, and hands‑on, with the ability to lead teams to deliver standout work
