About the role

As an Account Director you’ll focus on building trusted, strategic relationships with key clients and act as their go-to partner across all things digital. You’ll be responsible for shaping long-term strategy, challenging briefs, and working closely with internal teams to bring campaigns to life on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Alongside managing high-value client accounts, you’ll also support the wider team across other clients, managing and mentoring managers and execs, and guiding them through best-in-class client service. You’ll have a strong voice in shaping the future of the team and service offering and play a key role in driving growth, both for clients and the agency.

This is a role for someone who loves variety, pace, and responsibility and thrives on building real partnerships that go beyond the brief.

About you

Success in this role comes from a blend of strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and strong leadership. You’ll need to quickly get to the heart of what clients are trying to achieve, translating business objectives into clear, actionable strategies that drive results. A creative mindset and the ability to bring fresh thinking to client challenges is essential, along with staying sharp on emerging industry trends to keep your advice relevant and future-focused.

Internally, you\'ll be a hands-on leader able to delegate effectively, manage conflict calmly, and bring out the best in your team. You’ll play a key role in mentoring others, creating a space where people feel supported, challenged, and excited to grow. Strong negotiation skills, whether around budgets, timelines, or priorities, will also be key, as will the confidence to make commercially sound decisions that benefit both the client and the agency.
