Overview

Fuse is hiring an Account Executive to join a fast-paced team delivering across a high-profile football account, primarily working with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to deliver their ticketing for the Enterprise National League, with support on UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League sponsorships. The role may also support another event ticketing partnership for a different client.

Reporting to: Account Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Overall management of ticket requests and allocations relating to the National League Sponsorship.
  • Dedicated email ticketing mailbox management; respond to clients and key stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Manage and regularly update the ticketing Guest Management System used by clients for all ticketing requests.
  • Submit guest information to rightsholders as required by pre-agreed deadlines.
  • Support the Account Manager with the development of individual match-day and end-of-season reports.
  • Regular stakeholder calls, producing status reports, meeting notes and actions to keep the project on track.
  • Draft and generate market communications.
  • Support on UEFA projects where required.
  • Support the Account Manager on another event ticketing partnership for a different client.

There will be some requirement to work in and around match days, so dedication to this role is vital. There is also a requirement to support the wider events team with pre-event planning and onsite delivery, including ticketing, small-scale guest programmes, and coordination and production of branding and collateral.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong use of MS Office, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to recognise and prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Sports industry experience is ideal but not essential.
  • Agency experience is ideal but not essential.
  • Administration experience is ideal but not essential.
  • Experience in event and ticketing management is ideal but not essential.
  • Experience in guest communications is ideal but not essential.

You need to have the ability and willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK travel, on-site at events and some weekend work. This is a full-time role and you must be eligible to work in the UK.

Flexible Working
