Account Executive (New Business, EMEA) for a profitable, high-growth scale-up. You’ll join the direct client acquisition team to own the full outbound sales cycle—from first cold outreach through to signed contracts—and hand accounts to Client Services for long-term growth. London (Hybrid) | 4-Day Working Week. The company combines AI-driven tools with in-house teams to deliver ROI-driven results.

The role is focused on building new business in the EMEA region in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, supported by Sales Ops for data, tooling, and outbound playbooks.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and progress the early-stage pipeline from enriched contacts to signed deals
  • Qualify, pitch, and close first-time opportunities across target markets
  • Maintain urgency, activity levels, and consistent follow-up
  • Collaborate with the Sales Ops Lead on messaging, sequencing, and performance optimization
  • Deliver consultative, value-based sales conversations that drive measurable impact
  • Forecast accurately and consistently hit targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Scale-up mentality
  • 3+ years’ sales experience in B2B SaaS (medium–large ACV £30–80k+ preferred)
  • Skilled in qualification, objection handling, and closing under pressure
  • Strong communicator with resilience, curiosity, and coachability
  • Track record in SaaS, B2B, or MarTech/RevTech environments
