Account Executive

New Today

Overview

Asset Bank is a DAM (Digital Asset Management) solution used by over 900 clients worldwide. As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue by managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close. You’ll work across both inbound leads and self-sourced outbound opportunities, qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls, running demos, and guiding decision-makers through the buying process.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who thrives in the world of sales, understands marketing and/or creative workflows, and wants to help customers solve real problems with the right tech.

What you will be responsible for

  • New Business Acquisition: Owning and managing the full sales cycle for Asset Bank — from prospecting and qualification through to close — with a focus on both inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Inbound Lead Nurture & Closing: Engaging and converting qualified inbound leads by understanding their pain points and demonstrating how Asset Bank solves their challenges.
  • Outbound Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and engaging ideal customers based on our ICP. Working closely with marketing to execute targeted outbound campaigns and create new pipeline opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Building and maintaining a healthy, high-performing pipeline that supports accurate revenue forecasting and consistent deal closure.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding agreed pipeline, revenue and sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy & Tools: Helping shape and implement scalable sales strategies, tools, and workflows that improve lead conversion and shorten the sales cycle.
  • Sales Process Optimisation: Continuously assessing and improving sales processes to drive efficiency, increase conversion rates, and reduce friction across the sales funnel.
  • Sales Collateral & Closing: Preparing tailored proposals, pricing, and contracts. Leading negotiations and confidently closing deals.
  • Relationship Building: Developing strong relationships with prospects, partners, and customers by understanding their unique needs and adding value throughout the buyer journey.
  • Product & ICP Expertise: Leveraging your knowledge of the product and target personas to deliver compelling, relevant sales conversations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to share insights, align on strategy, and accelerate overall growth. Collaborate with our Professional Services team to ensure a smooth and positive transition from sale to onboarding for every new customer.
