About CDS
CDS is the newly formed technology services arm of Bailie Group, a family-owned group of human-centred communications and technology services businesses. With a strong heritage in delivering critical transformation projects, CDS is poised to become the ‘go to’ professional services partner for Cloud, Security, Data and Digital transformation services – both in the UK and beyond.
As CDS prepare for their next phase of growth, they’re looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between their agency and key clients. You'll be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring account success, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as their main point of contact
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients aims and ambitions, issues and challenges
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships built on trust and results
- Working collaboratively with the wider CDS operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction related to service delivery/support services across CDS clients.
- To develop ‘higher and wider’ client relationships across your nominated accounts.
- Flexibility and innovation to respond to customer needs, often travelling to customer sites to work with them to develop and agree solutions.

- Strong understanding of digital, data and technology solutions and delivery approach
- Proven track record of client retention and account growth
- Self-starter equipped with tenacity, resilience and a competitive streak
- Strong communicator, with a desire to build long-term relationships
