Technical Account Manager (Cisco) – Up to £50k base + bonus – Hybrid – Worcestershire

Role Overview:

Oscar Enterprise have partnered with a leading provider of secure, high-performance network and connectivity solutions, trusted by businesses and public sector clients across the UK. With over 25 years of experience delivering infrastructure, they are proud to be a Cisco Premier Partner and a trusted advisor in the world of IT and communications.

We are now seeking a results-driven Account Manager with strong technical acumen to join our growing sales team. This role will focus on new business development, targeting mid-market and enterprise customers, and offering solutions built around Cisco networking, security, and collaboration technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors, both from new and existing clients.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned with a portfolio of Cisco-based solutions (e.g., SD-WAN, Meraki, Catalyst, SecureX, Umbrella).
• Engage prospects and leads through consultative selling, supported by a deep understanding of Cisco technologies and the value they bring.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations in collaboration with the technical pre-sales and engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, manage pipeline, and report on sales performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales/account management
• Strong understanding of Cisco solutions
• Cisco certifications
• Experience working in or with a Cisco Premier Partner or similar MSP environment.
