Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Account Management: Own and drive growth across a portfolio of high-potential accounts. Create and execute account plans that align with BHN's digital strategy.
  2. Partner Onboarding Leadership: Take the lead on onboarding new partners in collaboration with product, legal, operations, and global teams. Ensure smooth, fast, and scalable launches.
  3. Cross-Market Coordination: Act as a key point of contact between EMEA and US-based teams, ensuring alignment on commercial strategy, operational readiness, and partner needs.
  4. Revenue Growth & Reporting: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, support QBRs, and ensure your accounts contribute to revenue targets. Deliver clear reporting on account health and growth.
  5. Internal Leadership: Serve as a strategic sparring partner to the team lead and help build a culture of ownership, quality, and collaboration.
