Find where you belong!

Join Travelodge as a Business Account Manager and play a pivotal role in our SME customer retention strategy. Your mission? Grow revenue by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and developing strategies that boost Travelodge's market share. If you thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment, this is the role for you!

What’s it all about?

As a Business Account Manager at Travelodge, you'll be at the heart of our SME customer retention strategy, driving revenue growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with business clients. This role requires you to understand your clients' accommodation needs and develop tailored strategies to increase Travelodge's market share. You'll identify upselling opportunities, support new hotel openings, and work collaboratively with various internal departments to ensure seamless sales activities. Reporting on performance, maintaining detailed records in our CRM system, and attending regular review meetings will be key aspects of your role. Success in this position will come from your sales experience, proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Why Travelodge?

We believe in creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can be their true self and belong. We work hard to improve the diversity of our teams and celebrate our differences. And we care about our colleagues’ wellbeing, so we ensure there are plenty of resources available so everyone can look after their emotional, physical, financial and work wellbeing. We call this “Better Me”.

Who will this appeal to?

A great fit for this role would be an outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. We are looking for someone who possesses strong sales experience, excellent presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to quickly learn other systems. You should be results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive, with good time management and attention to detail. Relationship building and maintaining at all levels is a must, effectively coordinating sales activities across different functions, and communicating clearly and persuasively. Ideally, you’ll have a passion for the Travelodge brand and, while hotel sales experience is a plus, it is not essential.
