Having recently won Best Large Social Agency in the UK for two years in a row and with continued growth, we're now looking to take on a new Account Manager within our Client Services team.
Our service offering includes: Organic Social, Paid, Creative and Influencer.
We’re a team of 70+ across London, Bath, New York and Miami, with big ambitions to continue delivering industry-leading campaigns.

Work From Home: We operate a hybrid model where team members come to the office 3 days a week and WFH 2 days a week. Although there is the option to work from the office more if you prefer. Our team loves working collaboratively, but also likes the option and balance of working from home.

The Account Manager position will sit within our Client Services team, leading on client relationships and project management.
This role will report into an Account Director, and over time, will have an Account Executive that will report into you.
- Own day-to-day account relationships, stakeholder communication (internal & external) and retained & project management.
- Distil client briefs or business problems and translate them into internal briefs (with strategy) - translating business problems into marketing, communication or social objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with clients - adopting and championing a best-in-class approach to account management.
- Working with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their business and objectives, translating this into client briefs and ensuring that internal teams are clear on their objectives and tasks
- Oversight of multiple campaigns simultaneously, liaising with the department leads and teams whilst staying up-to-date on the progress of each campaign and flagging any concerns or potential issues to the team as soon as possible, alongside suggested solutions.
- Project Managing client retainers and projects: planning timelines, scheduling resources alongside our ops manager.
- Sharing clear and thorough updates and reporting with clients regularly over email, phone calls and face-to-face meetings while providing recommendations and expertise at every stage of the campaign.
- Presenting clearly and confidently to key stakeholders in pitches, kick-off meetings and post-campaign analysis meetings.
- Continual forward-thinking and proactive ideation of additional activities that we could propose to clients based on a detailed knowledge of their business, objectives and upcoming focuses.
- Building trusted relationships with clients, leading to repeat business in the long term.
- Commercial Oversight: crafting commercials and pricing docs for projects, new clients and recontracting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management in an agency environment.
- You're a hyper-organised individual and a great communicator.
- A working knowledge of the social media landscape, the wider communications landscape and your client's business. Be proactive in sharing this knowledge with both internal stakeholders and clients.
- You're happy speaking with clients & internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from the beginning to completion.
£35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
