Role overview

Major Players are partnering with an award winning, boutique integrated marketing agency to recruit for an Account Manager to work on 360 marketing campaigns for a reputable travel client. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the client relationship, cultivating positive, open, and long-lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for the client (from campaign sign off to execution), providing an outstanding service at all times.
  • Drive account growth and communicate new business opportunities to the wider team.
  • Develop and create responses to briefs, including campaign budgets, financial reporting, billing schedules and campaign timelines.
  • Manage all areas of client campaigns including print, digital, social - you will also oversee the Paid Social team - paid social ads are the predominant creative output.
  • Create status reports, contact reports and campaign de-briefs
  • Work closely with the Account Executive and Project Managers to ensure deadlines are met within agreed timeline.
  • Observe and support end to end creative development and campaign delivery.
  • Be responsible for all client servicing as well as project management.
  • Structure de-briefs and weekly evaluation reports.
  • Lead on weekly client status meetings.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) working in a creative or marketing agency in a client services/project management role.
  • Integrated experience across all marketing channels, including social (paid social) and digital.
  • Excellent organisational skills (both written and verbal) with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Budget and project management experience, including supplier negotiation and reconciliation.
  • Any previous experience working on global clients within the travel sector would be hugely advantageous.

Start date: Before end of October 2025

Hours: Full time

Salary: up to £40,000 - depending on experience

Office Location: East Central London

Office requirements: 2-3 days per week in the office
