Key responsibilities

As we continue our growth and international expansion, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to drive our success. This senior-level role offers a unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of our account management strategy, working with some of the world's most prominent legal enterprises.

With a primary focus on Net Revenue Retention (NRR), you'll have significant potential to grow and expand existing accounts. Many of our largest clients have yet to fully adopt our platform across all locations, presenting vast untapped opportunities.

  • Collaborate with a dedicated Customer Success Manager to maximise client engagement and ROI.
  • Own strategic account planning and conduct business/value reviews with top-tier clients.
  • Lead contract renewals and cultivate relationships to secure additional funding and renewal growth.
  • Develop LegalFly's account management playbook, building the foundation for a scalable, effective team as we enter new markets.
  • Drive revenue: Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet ambitious growth targets.
  • Build strong relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success and Product) to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client success.
  • Analyze and report: Monitor account performance, provide insights and implement strategies to maximise client value.

You might be a fit if you are:

  • A top-performing Account Manager with 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (French is a plus).
  • Based in Belgium and excited to work from our head office in Ghent several days a week (hybrid setup).
  • MEDDPICC trained with a strong value based sales approach.
  • A strong relationship builder with a client-first mentality.
  • Flexible and adaptive, with a track record of improving sales systems, processes or messaging.
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and highly resourceful.
  • A team player with a "we-all-win-together" mindset.
  • A student of sales: hungry to learn, grow and raise the bar for what excellence looks like.
  • A problem solver with a client-centric approach and a knack for building lasting relationships.
