The Account Support Executive Opportunity:

We are looking for a driven Account Support Executive to help embed the award-winning Supply Chain Sustainability School within organisations, enabling them to receive value from their annual fee. You will support a team of Account Managers to provide an outstanding level of service to a portfolio of large-scale companies from the built environment, implementing action plans to embed the School within their internal teams and supply chains.

Your key objectives are to support the delivery of value and benefits of the School to our customers and collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction, resulting in a high retention rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Account Managers to develop a good working relationship with a specific cohort of customers
  • Attend meetings with customers to record and agree actions to embed the School and deliver against agreed actions within timescales
  • Develop an excellent understanding of the online platforms, promote their use and benefits, and support customers to engage with the platform
  • Devise strategies to engage customer supply chains and internal colleagues in the learning and reporting platforms
  • Be the main point of contact for users of the platforms, providing guidance and excellent customer support
  • Analyse data to develop reports that demonstrate value and impact
  • Attend customer events to promote the benefits of engagement
  • Ensure guidance documents and collateral are up to date to maximise platform use
  • Other tasks as instructed to support the Partners, Customer Success Team or business as a whole

About you:

  • At least 1 year working in a commercial environment
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and responsively with colleagues and key stakeholders
  • Clear verbal and written communication, with good telephone skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and flexibility
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy environment
  • Proactive with a an dottitude and proven ability to deliver
  • Ability to take ownership and manage workload proactively
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent IT skills and competency with online platforms
  • Passion for sustainability is desirable
