Accountant - Order to Cash role at Hilti Group. We are seeking an accounting professional to operate established cash and bank management processes as part of a financial shared service covering the Northern European Region & The Middle East.

What does the role involve?

Within the finance shared service team you will take ownership of end-to-end Order to Cash (OtC) processes, ensuring accurate financial bookings across payments, bank management, cash planning, and fleet operations — all aligned with global service standards for your designated Market Organisation. You will maintain and monitor key financial accounts, support business decisions through process insights, and continuously improve service delivery using tools and automated technologies. You will be a trusted partner to internal stakeholders; your role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and enhancing process efficiency.

By adopting a proactive mindset, you will challenge processes where necessary and identify opportunities for innovation within the OtC Accountant team. You will uphold compliance with internal controls and audit requirements, contribute to risk management and regulatory adherence, and support onboarding and training initiatives. You will also participate in global projects, making the role multifaceted and impactful.

What you need

• A strong experience within the finance function, with demonstrated achievement of financial processes (ideally in a shared service setup)
• Working towards or having achieved ACCA or CIMA
• Able to demonstrate awareness of and use of system-based tools to gain process efficiency
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Evidence of accountability for process execution
• Learning agility to drive personal and company success
