Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Finance Director, you will create impact within our accounting team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to the accurate execution, preparation and submission of all month-end and year-end financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, provide supporting documentation, and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Process inter-company entries, preparation and reconciliation.
• Complete month-end journals, including accruals and prepayments.
• UK Group VAT return preparation and submission.
• Provide analytics for the P&L and Balance Sheet, explaining variances and transactions.
• Maintain control of fixed assets with supporting documentation and monthly depreciation.
• Foreign exchange analysis, entries and reconciliations.
• Loan financing entries and reconciliations.
• Contribute to the preparation of budgets.
• Support audit queries, payroll journals, and payment of liabilities.
• Support transfer pricing and cost allocation model processes for the Group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a financial role with experience in general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations and P&L reviews.
• Proficient in formulas in Google Sheets and Excel.
• ACA or ACCA qualified (or part-qualified at final stage of exams).
