JasperRose are delighted to be partnering with a leading entertainment brand who are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team.

Details

Sitting within the UK payables team, you will be working in a close-knit and highly collaborative environment, engaging with multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and expense claims
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company bank accounts, including preparing supplier payments in line with terms
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end close
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers
• Prepare and post journals as required
• Assist in VAT returns and other compliance tasks

Skills required

• 1-2 years finance experience, ideally from an entertainment background
• Experience with systems such as QuickBooks / Xero
• Strong attention to detail
• Study support
• Clear progression path
