The Role:
Joining our supportive team as an Administrative Officer, you’ll provide excellent administrative support to the South East Hospital Service’s Social Work team and support with the delivery of essential hospital discharge services.
What you’ll do:
- Provide regular reports to the Hospital Service Manager using Power BI, Excel and Care Director.
- Update the South East Hospital Service case tracker.
- Transfer cases from Hospital Teams to Community Teams using Care Director, our case management system.
- Support with the auditing of case files as part of Data Quality arrangements.
- Support the Integrated Discharge Service Team with administrative duties.
What we’re looking for:
- IT skills and advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills including Excel
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Resilience and adaptability.
- Strong customer focus to build relationships.
