Overview

The Advertising Executive will be working on our AV team. AV (Audio-Visual) includes the ads you see and hear across TV shows, streaming platforms, cinema screens and radio. In this role, you will help ensure ads appear in the right place at the right time and will analyse campaign performance to inform future optimisations. The successful candidate will help manage the booking and delivery of audio-visual media campaigns across TV, Audio, Online video (VOD) and Cinema with the support and oversight of the wider AV Activation Team. The role is based out of OMG Newcastle and will exclusively work with the London-based team.

Responsibilities

  • Support campaign setup, optimisation and reporting for AV campaigns across TV, Audio, Online video (VOD) and Cinema.
  • Assist with the booking and delivery of AV media campaigns with the AV Activation Team.
  • Collaborate with line managers to manage campaign deliverables for NFUM and Lidl UK, with flexibility to support other clients as needed.

Clients and Roles

NFUM – Is a premium insurance company based in Stratford-upon-Avon. NFU Mutual focuses on personable, hassle-free service. Their media investment is steady throughout the year, supporting a wide range of products. The team has been leveraging first-party data to optimise planning and implementation across digital broadcast channels.

Lidl – A value-oriented supermarket with a diversified and consistent AV media mix, maintaining weekly activity. Lidl emphasizes trade-driving channels such as audio, and has extended its AV approach to nonlinear touchpoints like BVOD, SVOD and OLV.

About the Agency

Over the next three years OMG will be building a 170-person operation in Newcastle, creating a diverse agency community working with colleagues in London and Manchester to deliver marketing and communications solutions to clients.

Flexible Working

We support flexibility with a hybrid model (three days in the office, two remote). Standard hours are 9:30–17:30, with core hours 10:30–16:30 to offer flexibility. Example schedules include 8:30–16:30 or 10:30–18:30.
