OverviewAs Agile Delivery Lead for our Data Team, you'll be the driving force behind turning data into decisions. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, analysts, and scientists to deliver smart, scalable data products—from pipelines and dashboards to machine learning models and governance frameworks. You'll keep things moving, remove blockers, and make sure we're always focused on delivering real value to the business. You'll work with leads to prioritise the right stuff, align with wider tech teams, and keep things moving at pace. From gathering clear requirements to running agile ceremonies and sprint planning, you'll bring structure without slowing us down. You'll track progress, spot risks early, and make sure quality's baked in. And when something's not working?
