We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Account Manager to oversee and grow our brand presence across the US, UK and EU Amazon marketplaces. As part of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, growth, and brand performance on Amazon. You will work closely with our Amazon Vendor Management team, external agency partners, and internal stakeholders to optimize listings, manage promotions, and identify growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing Amazon accounts (Vendor and/or Seller Central) in multiple markets, a strong understanding of Amazon’s retail ecosystem, and a data-led, commercial mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and elevate the customer experience on the global 1P Amazon platform for Revolution brands.
- Use strong commercial negotiation skills to influence Amazon outcomes and unlock new opportunities across UK and EU markets.
- Be comfortable working across multiple currencies and managing the complexity of region-specific commercial agreements, adapting strategy based on geographic and market-specific requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal teams and Amazon to drive profitable growth, improve operational efficiency, and align with brand priorities.
- Own and report weekly retail sales performance to key stakeholders, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build, manage, and maintain internal sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with broader commercial goals.
- Manage full P&L responsibilities for the Amazon business across multiple markets.
- Contribute to achieving (and exceeding) sales targets, margin goals, and strategic customer objectives as part of the commercial team.
- Navigate and manage AVN (Amazon Vendor Negotiation) commercial agreements confidently and effectively.
- Coordinate and execute Amazon-specific promotions, campaigns, and proposals, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and seasonal calendars.
- Maintain and update pricing using internal ERP systems in coordination with finance and supply chain teams.
- Lead the relationship with our Amazon agency partner—owning the strategy, managing briefs, overseeing budgets, and ensuring delivery against growth targets.
- Oversee a large and complex portfolio of hundreds of SKUs, ensuring optimal listings and content across marketplaces in partnership with the agency.
- Conduct regular catalogue reviews and monitor weekly product availability to ensure supply continuity and catalogue health.
- Manage the end-to-end launch process for new product development (NPD) on Amazon.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers and internal stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon accounts or working directly with Amazon in a vendor-facing capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and a strong grasp of the 1P Amazon business model.
- Proven experience using Amazon growth levers (marketing, content, availability, pricing, etc.) to deliver results.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&Ls, budgets, and forecasting models.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to analyse and present performance data clearly.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing teams, agencies, or external partners is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence across all levels, internally and externally.
- A commercial mindset and genuine passion for marketplace trading, brand growth, and data-driven decision making.
