Analyst (Data & AI)

• Job Title: Analyst - Data & AI
• Salary Range: £40,000 + bonus
• Location: Remote First (Meet in central London or client site once per month or every two weeks)

Role responsibilities

The Analyst - Data & AI will play a hands-on role, building dashboards, reports, and data workflows that turn complex data into actionable insights. They will support proposals, frameworks, and transformation initiatives while learning directly from senior leaders. This role is an opportunity to develop rapidly in analytics, business intelligence, and AI within a high-performing, entrepreneurial team.

• 1-2 years' experience in analytics, BI, or consulting
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, plus strong Excel skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data
• A genuine interest in AI and desire to experiment with new tools
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work across varied sectors
• Flexible hybrid working model (client site, home, IOD Piccadilly base)
• Dedicated training, L&D budget and career development support
• Early client exposure and strategic project involvement
