Overview

Asset Manager - Realise the Potential of Enfield's Housing Portfolio. This dynamic leadership role will shape the future of Enfield's housing portfolio, driving excellence in performance, strategic planning and resident engagement. The Asset Manager will optimise the Council's housing portfolio and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of identifying and mitigating budget risks, setting performance standards, and challenging performance shortfalls with pace and efficiency.
  • Drive service improvements by implementing service improvement plans to enhance the quality of the housing portfolio and impact residents’ lives.
  • Collaborate with senior-level consultants, contractors, council officers, elected members and third-party organisations to drive effective planning, exchange critical information and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in both residential and commercial asset management, with the ability to lead and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and people skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to asset management, health and safety.
  • Passion for driving excellence in performance and delivering outstanding results.
