We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Management Accountant to support our Capex Manager, Adrees Khan, as part of the Group Finance Team. This 15-month maternity cover role offers a genuine opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Post daily cashdesk files to Dynamics 365 across multiple Grosvenor venues, investigating anomalies with venue staff
  • Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations for Grosvenor entities
  • Prepare and post journal entries, supporting the monthly management accounts process
  • Investigate unusual ledger items with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Deliver insightful analysis to inform feedback across the wider Grosvenor team
  • Assist with the bi-annual audit process
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Identify and suggest improvements to current processes, working closely with your manager to implement efficiencies

This role is designed to evolve based on your skills and experience, offering scope to take on additional responsibilities and make a real impact.

Qualifications

We’re seeking someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the role. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Prior experience in an Assistant Management Accountant position is beneficial
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial systems; experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • A proactive attitude toward learning and development, with a genuine interest in growing your finance career
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships across all levels of the business
