Assistant Quantity Surveyor Dynamic Role with Career Growth!

Location: Leicester / Ashby (Hybrid: 2 days home, 2 office, 2 site)

Salary£40,000 + Benefits + Guaranteed Bonus

Additional Benefits: £485 Monthly Car Allowance | Private Health | Pension | Yearly Bonus (5% of Annual Salary Paid in April & December)

The Role

Youll be joining a collaborative and supportive commercial team, directly reporting to the Commercial Director, while receiving hands-on mentoring to sharpen your QS skills.

Youll Gain Experience Across a Diverse Range Of Sectors, Working On Live Sites, In The Office, And From Home In a Flexible 6-day Work Model

• 2 Days from Home
• 2 Days from Office
• 2 Days on Site (where needed across the Midlands)
  
  

• Assisting in cost planning, tendering, procurement, and valuations.
• Working closely with senior team members on contract administration and project delivery.
• Managing project records, reporting on costs, and learning end-to-end commercial processes.
• Supporting key construction projects and ensuring value for money is delivered.
  
  

• 24 years' experience in a construction environment (ideal for degree-qualified candidates ready to take the next step).
• Enthusiasm to grow within a structured, well-mentored team.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset.
