You will be guided through a range of software packages, fire standards, team briefings and client updates from the start, and we regularly come together for social events. We will assist the successful candidate toward professional registration via IFE and other professional organisations.

WSP offers a bespoke programme for fire engineers to develop professional skills and technical expertise, supported by senior leadership. The programme includes but is not limited to training in:

  • Technical report writing
  • Team specific technical skills
  • Project management (introduction and advanced)
  • Influential communications
  • Commercial concepts
