The Role You'll Play:
Orchestrate design across M&E disciplines with a mechanical core
Lead teams and manage projects from concept to completion
Cultivate client trust and support business growth through subtle influence and expert delivery
Guide your team with integrity, clarity, and calm confidence
Design with purpose low carbon, high impact
What You Bring:
A mind sharpened by experience in mechanical building services
Chartered status, or nearing it, with a passion for innovation
Fluency in digital design tools Revit, IES, and more
A deep understanding of how buildings breathe, move, and evolve
Clearance, or the ability to gain it, for sensitive and secure work
