Role

  1. Working mainly for employers in the commercial sector, this role involves working closely with an established team.
  2. Advising and supporting SME and mid-market private sector businesses locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.
  3. Advising employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  4. Engaging in business development activities to promote the firm's practice in Norwich.
  5. Acting for employers in education and government sectors, as well as occasionally for employees.

You

  1. Are a NQ - 3 years PQE lawyer gained in a reputable firm with a substantive employment law practice.
  2. Are a self-starter, possess common sense and initiative, and can work as a team player on complex matters.
  3. Can build very good relationships with clients, potential clients, and multipliers.
