Job Description:

TSA Surveying is currently looking to recruit an Associate Director with a Building Services background to work in the professional services sector.
Our client is a well-recognised global brand operating at the forefront of technical advisory services to the public and finance sector. Due to an internal promotion and growth in workload, they are looking to recruit an individual to head up their M&E offering nationwide. Working in their professional services team, they aim to meet their clients’ estate needs, covering work such as asset verification, lifecycle analysis, condition and dilapidations surveys, and maintenance reviews.
The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Develop and manage projects from start to finish, primarily as an independent certifier or advisor.
• Advise clients on PFI/PPP handback strategy and scope.
• Undertake asset verification, condition, or dilapidation surveys on Mechanical and Electrical Plant.
• Assess and provide insights into the condition, performance, and operational risks of M&E systems through non-intrusive inspections and review of documentation.
• Review statutory compliance documentation as required.
• Create and review existing PPM plans based on SFG20 & CIBSE guidelines and bespoke client requirements.
