Job Description:

TSA Surveying is currently looking to recruit an Associate Director with a Building Services background to work in the professional services sector.

Our client is a well-recognized global brand providing technical advisory services to the public and finance sectors, working with major government agencies. Due to internal promotion and increased workload, they seek to appoint a leader for their M&E services nationwide.

The role involves managing projects from inception to completion, advising on PFI/PPP handback strategies, conducting asset verification, condition, and dilapidation surveys on Mechanical and Electrical systems, assessing operational risks, reviewing statutory compliance, and developing maintenance plans based on industry guidelines.
