Associate Recruitment Administrator – Permanent, Hybrid working. Locations: Guildford (£22,932 - £25,323) and Manchester (£22,932 - £24,367).

Join our Associate Recruitment team, where you’ll help deliver a seamless experience for teacher applicants each year. This team maintains high standards of customer care while adapting to changing demand.

Responsibilities

  • Process applications, respond to enquiries, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Work with colleagues across departments to assess candidate suitability and support recruitment campaigns.
  • Contribute to activities like assessment centres and share feedback to help improve recruitment processes.
  • Manage repetitive tasks with consistency, taking ownership of your work and developing skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role delivering high-quality service.
  • Attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with flexibility and good judgement for priority setting.
  • Proactive approach to managing tasks and setting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and contribute to process improvements based on candidate and team input.
  • Results-focused: able to switch between tasks as needed.
