The successful candidate will develop solutions to a good standard, understand and learn industry best practices within development teams and be involved with the evolving company culture and encourage others to do the same.## **Success factors*** Ability to work well as part of a team, demonstrated by successful collaboration on projects* Understand our Agile processes to always ensure a high standard of delivery* Increased technical ability and understanding* Contribute towards delivering great outcomes for our customers by ensuring requirements are met* Positively influence the culture of the department and company* Write quality code in line with department coding policies and standards, striving for automated coverage through unit testing## **Department / team contribution*** Actively share your knowledge with others* Continuously seek opportunities to learn and develop your skills* Provides, welcomes, accepts and acts upon feedback## **Skills, experience, and attributes*** A solid background in .NET/C# is essential* Knowledge of modern web technologies and relational databases are an advantage* Developing solutions according to designs and acceptance criteria agreed during design discussions and workshops* Isn’t afraid to admit failure and learn from it* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
