Associate – Commercial Property

Full Time – 37.5 hours (Hybrid working available)

The successful candidate will work closely with and support senior fee earners on a wide range of matters in a department that covers all aspects of commercial property‑related legal services and acts for a wide range of clients. Key Responsibilities

  • New leases and renewal leases
  • Landlord & tenant management work
  • Commercial acquisitions and disposals
  • Secured lending work
  • Dealing with post‑completion matters
  • Dealing directly with solicitor and client enquiries
  • Ensuring all client matter schedules are up to date and maintained
  • Participating in and instigating business development activity
  • Attending appropriate events / networking groups
  • Undertaking a range of continuing professional development activities

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of post‑qualification experience with a leading property practice.
  • Strong intellect, evidenced by a high level of academic achievement.
  • Initiative, drive, and excellent organisational skills.
  • Genuine team player and strong communicator, eager to learn and develop.

Location & Salary

Solihull, England, United Kingdom

£50,000.00 – £60,000.00
