About the role

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an IT Solutions Sales Executive to join their dynamic and expanding team. Previous experience in IT solution sales (e.g., copper & fibre cabling, IP security, Audio Visual solutions & IT hardware such as routing, switching, and wireless solutions) is required. The right individual will join a professional yet friendly team. As a small company, responsibilities can be varied, so flexibility, adaptability, courtesy, and professionalism are key qualities sought.

Responsibilities

  • Have good technical knowledge of the solutions being sold.
  • Have a proven background in in-person direct / field sales (engaging with clients at their place of business).
  • Develop new customer relationships and nurture existing ones.
  • Work independently and be new-business driven.
  • Be willing to travel to customers\' sites.
  • Demonstrate proficient verbal and written communication, computer literacy, and time management.

Qualifications

  • Previous IT solutions sales experience in relevant areas (copper & fibre cabling, IP security, AV, IT hardware).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Flexibility to handle varied tasks in a small business environment.

Offer & Benefits

  • Full-time position
  • Salary £45,000-£60,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Sales commission negotiable (Target and KPI dependent)
  • 20 days holiday plus National Holidays
