What you’ll do

  • Support and assist audit assignments, including planning, fieldwork, and completion.
  • Prepare company accounts and tax computations in line with policies and procedure.
  • Research and analyse financial statements, providing practical solutions to client challenges.
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments such as due diligence and systems reviews.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills.
  • Proactively liaise with client management to resolve problems and recommend improvements.
  • Manage assignments and report to audit managers or partners on progress.

What you’ll bring

  • ACA or ACCA part-qualified, with proven experience in practice.
  • Exposure to audit within a multi-partner firm.
  • Excellent management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of legislation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Sage, Xero, or CCH advantageous.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to multitask effectively.
  • A motivated self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
