Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain workflow automations across multiple platforms, including n8n, GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, and Make.com. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of APIs, and experience integrating business applications to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automations using n8n, Zapier, Make.com (Integromat), and GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Integrate third-party applications and APIs to connect business tools (CRM, marketing, operations, etc.).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with teams (marketing, sales, operations, IT) to identify automation opportunities.
- Document automation processes and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity across integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices for workflow automation tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with n8n, GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, and Make.com.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data structures (JSON, XML, etc.).
- Proficiency in workflow design and process automation.
- Familiarity with CRMs, marketing automation, and SaaS platforms.
- Ability to analyze business processes and propose automation solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in software engineering, IT, or data science.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
