Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain workflow automations across multiple platforms, including n8n, GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, and Make.com. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of APIs, and experience integrating business applications to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain automations using n8n, Zapier, Make.com (Integromat), and GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Integrate third-party applications and APIs to connect business tools (CRM, marketing, operations, etc.).
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with teams (marketing, sales, operations, IT) to identify automation opportunities.
  • Document automation processes and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity across integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices for workflow automation tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with n8n, GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, and Make.com.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data structures (JSON, XML, etc.).
  • Proficiency in workflow design and process automation.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, marketing automation, and SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and propose automation solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in software engineering, IT, or data science.
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
