Excellent opportunity for AWS DevOps Engineers to be part of our Cloud Infrastructure & Security services practice. Cognizant Infrastructure Services – Provides IT infrastructure & Cloud services for clients across industry verticals, including both Consulting/Professional and Managed Services, across Enterprise Computing, Cloud services, Security Services, DevOps, Data Centres, End User Computing, Service Desk, Network Services and Environment Management Services.

The role requires SC cleared or SC eligible candidates

Responsibilities

• Undertake engagements related to cloud and DevOps Design/Deployment with a specific focus on AWS(Amazon Web Services).
• Work with AWS Services such as Route53, S3, EC2, ECS, ECR, VPC, IAM, Lambda, DynamoDB, Cloudfront
• Execute Cloud and DevOps migration and BAU projects
• Design and deployment of AWS Cloud environments
• Implementation/Deployment of AWS within in large regulated enterprise environment
• Work closely with delivery team to provide input on industry trends to tailor our delivery offerings to meet the market needs.
• Understand the technical requirements of enterprise customers and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of our solution for our enterprise customer eco-system
• Working with infrastructure automation and Devops tools such as Jenkins, GIT , Chef, Github Advance Security (SAST, DAST), Docker, Powershell , Ansible, or Puppet, along with scripting and programming skills.
• Travel to/work from client sites as required by project

• AWS Services ( Route53, S3, EC2, ECS, ECR, VPC, IAM, Lambda, DynamoDB, Cloudfront)
• Cloud formation or Terraform , Docker (Dockerfile, docker-compose, docker-cli)
• Jenkins & GIT (Gitflow) - Github Pkgs, Nexus, ECR
• Github Advance Security (SAST, DAST)
• Troubleshooting Skill & Vulnerability Management
• Communication & certifications if any

Nice to have

• AWS Platform (Control Tower, Organization, Security Services)
• VPC (All Networking including R53) and Apigee and Cloudflare
• Chef , Ansible and IDM
