We are seeking a proactive AWS DevOps Engineer to help support a mission-critical, client-facing platform. This position plays a key role in managing and enhancing the infrastructure, automation, and tooling that drive the platform’s development and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure & Automation: Lead deployment and automation of Amazon Connect on AWS using DevSecOps practices and tools like Terraform.
• Tooling & CI/CD: Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Copado, GitHub) and introduce new tools to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Monitoring & Optimisation: Manage performance monitoring with DataDog, set up automated alerts, and ensure cost-effective, scalable AWS infrastructure.
• Incident & Security Management: Serve as escalation for incidents, implement security automation, and manage access controls and transcription model consistency.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Align Amazon Connect with Salesforce updates, coordinate feature releases, and promote DevSecOps best practices across teams.

Must have:

• Solid background in AWS DevOps, with expertise in infrastructure automation and CI/CD practices
• Practical experience using Terraform
• Knowledge of Amazon Connect and interest in integrating it with Salesforce
• Strong grasp of DevSecOps principles and experience in production support environments
• SC Clearance or eligibility (minimum 5 years continuous UK residency)
• Ability and readiness to work on-site in London
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI
• Understanding of or interest in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
• Strong communication and documentation capabilities
