BD Director, Regulatory Consulting – up to £120k base + commission

Overview

Our boutique client offers regulatory consulting services to the Financial Services industry and to continue their high growth trajectory they are now hiring for a BD Director.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer the role will be a mix of new business and account management.
• Proactively identify and contact potential clients in a full sales cycle role
• Account Management – monitoring client accounts to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities
• Promote the client’s consultancy offering
• A hybrid role with 2 days pw in the London office

Candidate

• Over 5 years' BD experience selling consultancy services into Financial Services clients
• Experienced in creating tailored solutions for clients across regulatory landscapes

Compensation and benefits

The base salary for the role is in the £75k - £120k range, depending on experience plus commission and the usual company benefits.
