Role overview

Join a fast-growing real estate investment firm as a BI Data Analyst, supporting their Investment Analytics team. This is a great opportunity for someone with around 2 years of BI or financial analytics experience to deepen their SQL and reporting expertise in a commercial environment.

Location

London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Use SQL to manage, query, and join large datasets
• Support analytics across real estate and macroeconomic data
• Onboard and integrate new data sources into reporting
• Deliver clear insights for stakeholders, including investor reporting
• Collaborate with a small data team (5 people) in a commercial setting

Skills and Experience (Required)

• 2+ years’ experience in BI, analytics, or related field
• Strong SQL (advanced querying and joins)
• Power BI and Excel proficiency
• Commercial awareness, ideally from consulting, finance, or investment
• Python / GCP / BigQuery a plus, but not required

Notes

• 30-min CV run-through with the Co-Founder (motivation & fit)
• Technical SQL test (peer reviewed) + competency interview
• Final interview with leadership
